Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing our product! We are committed to providing our customers with quality night vision scopes and thermal imaging scopes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it according to the following return policy. Please be sure to read the complete return policy to ensure your return request is processed smoothly.
If your item has a manufacturing defect or the item you receive does not match your order, we will provide a free exchange service. Please submit an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the item.
1. Return conditions
1.1 Return time:
Our return policy allows you to make a return request within 10 days of receiving the item. After 10 days, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds.
1.2 Product condition:
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and unmodified, and must include all original packaging, accessories, instructions, and other accessories.
1.3 We will not accept returns under the following circumstances:
The product has been used or installed.
The original packaging of the item has been discarded or damaged.
The goods appear to be artificially damaged, worn, scratched, etc.
1.4 Non-returnable items:
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
Customized products or special orders (e.g. custom models, specific configurations).
Opened and used electronic products, especially those with built-in software or firmware, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Return process
If you are eligible for a return, please follow these steps:
2.1 Submit a return request
Please submit a return request through the customer support page of our website or by calling our customer service hotline.
When submitting your request, please provide the following information:
Order number or invoice number.
Reason for return and detailed description of the item (including details of any damage or defect).
Your desired return method (return or exchange).
2.2 Receive return authorization
Our customer service team will review your return request and confirm return approval via email or phone within 1-2 business days.
For eligible return requests, we will provide a Return Authorization Number, please indicate this number on the return package.
2.3 Return of returned goods
After authorization, please send the returned goods to the specified address and ensure that the goods are packaged safely.
Please keep the shipping receipt and tracking number so we can confirm the return of the item.
2.4 Return review and refund
Once we have received the returned item and inspected it, we will process your refund or exchange request if the item is eligible for return.
If the returned item qualifies, the refund will be credited to your original payment method’s account within 3-5 working days.
If you choose to exchange an item, we will issue you a new item based on your request.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund amount:
We will issue a full refund (excluding any shipping charges) for items that are eligible for return. If the item was originally entitled to free shipping, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method. For example, if you paid by credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card account.
3.3 Processing time:
We will complete the refund operation (business cycle) within approximately 7 working days after receiving the returned goods. The time it takes for the refund to arrive in your account will vary depending on the processing time of your bank or payment platform.
4. Exchange Policy
The exchange product must be the same as the returned product. If the same product is not in stock, we will provide you with the option of a refund or other products of equal value.
4.1 We accept exchange requests for products purchased under the following circumstances:
• Product Defects: If your product contains any manufacturing defects.
• Shipping Damage: If your product is damaged during shipping.
• Wrong model/specification: If the product you receive does not match the model or specification ordered.
• Change of mind: If you decide to change to a different model within 10 days of purchase (certain conditions apply).
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any problems, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of discovery. Please retain all original packaging and documentation in case an exchange is required.
4.2 If you need to exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

• Provide proof: We may need you to provide photos or videos of the product to confirm the problem.
• Waiting for confirmation: We will review your request and let you know whether you are eligible for an exchange via email or phone within 24 hours.
• Send the product back: If your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label so you can ship the product back to us(Special countries require additional processing, please consult your account manager in advance).
• Receive the exchange product: Once we receive your original product, we will send out the new one as soon as possible.
4.3 Conditions and restrictions
• Non-defectiveness: If the product is not defective and has not been damaged during transportation, we will only accept exchanges if you request it within 7 days of purchase.
• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that products are packaged securely when returned to prevent damage during transit. If damage occurs due to improper packaging, we may not be able to process your exchange request.
• Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the selected product is not in stock, we will provide other options or arrange special ordering.
• Non-Saleability: To ensure your safety, we do not accept exchanges for any scopes that have been used or installed.
4.4 Exchange shipping costs
If the exchange is caused by our error or a defect in the product, we will pay all shipping costs. If the exchange is due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of sending the product back to us.
5. Shipping costs
5.1 Return postage:
Unless there is a quality problem with the product or the wrong item is shipped, the postage costs for returns will be borne by the customer. If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost of returning it to you.
5.2 Shipping costs after refund:
For items eligible for return, the original shipping cost will be refunded in addition to the cost of the item itself. For returns with non-quality issues, we will not refund the original shipping cost.
6. Non-returnable goods
Products under the following conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange:
The product does not maintain its original packaging and accessories as required by the return policy.
The product has been artificially damaged, scratched or otherwise damaged during use.
The customer failed to follow the return process or exceeded the return time limit.
7. Damaged and defective goods
If the item you receive is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide photos and a detailed description of the damage or defect. We will arrange a return, exchange or refund for you.
