Warranty Policy

Dear Customer:

In order to protect your rights and ensure that you can use our company’s night vision riflescope and thermal imaging riflescope products with peace of mind, we hereby formulate the following detailed product warranty policy. Please read and understand it carefully before purchasing and using the product.

1. Warranty period

1.1 Night Vision Scopes:

Comes with a comprehensive 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. If the product is registered through our company’s official website within 30 days after purchase, it can enjoy a 3-year extended warranty service, specifically: 2-year warranty for the lens, housing and other components (including labor costs), 3-year warranty for the core components of the night vision probe Warranty.

1.2 Thermal Imaging Scopes:

Comes with a comprehensive 3-year warranty from date of purchase, covering all components (including labor). At the same time, a 5-year long warranty service is provided for the core component of the thermal imaging probe to ensure its long-term stable operation.

2. Warranty scope

2.1 Hardware failure:

For hardware problems such as lens damage, casing deformation, circuit board failure, display abnormalities, etc. caused by product design, manufacturing or material defects, we will repair or replace the corresponding parts free of charge to meet the requirements of normal product use.

2.2 Software problems:

If the product is unable to display images normally, image processing or storage due to software failure, we will provide free software upgrade or repair services to ensure product functionality is complete.

2.3 Core component warranty:

For core components such as the night vision probe of the night vision scope and the infrared detector of the thermal imaging scope, we will provide a longer warranty period and repair or replace them free of charge during the warranty period to ensure their long-term stable operation.

3. Warranty conditions

3.1 Normal use environment:

The product must be used in a normal use environment and avoid long-term use under adverse conditions such as extreme temperatures (such as high and low temperatures), high humidity, high altitude, strong vibration, etc. Otherwise, the performance and life of the product may be affected. .

3.2 Correct operation:

The product must be operated correctly in accordance with the usage guidelines in the product manual and instructions, and must not be disassembled, modified or performed unauthorized repairs. Customers should follow correct installation, debugging, cleaning and maintenance methods during use to ensure the normal operation of the product.

3.3 Timely contact:

If the product fails, customers should stop using it immediately and contact us by phone, email, etc. within 24 hours to provide a solution as soon as possible. When contacting, please provide detailed information such as product model, purchase date, fault description, and relevant photos or videos so that we can accurately determine the cause of the fault and respond quickly.

4. Situations not covered by warranty

4.1 Damage due to human factors:

Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, and storage by customers, such as self-disassembly, modification, improper operation, falling, impact, water ingress, etc., are not covered by the warranty.

4.2 Normal wear and tear:

For example, normal wear and tear or expiration of life due to normal use of batteries, light bulbs, etc. are not covered by the warranty and customers need to replace or upgrade by themselves.

4.3 Force majeure factors:

Damage caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters (such as earthquakes, floods, typhoons, etc.), accidents (such as fires, explosions, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.

4.4 No valid certificate:

Products without a three-guarantee certificate and a valid invoice, or if the model in the three-guarantee certificate is inconsistent with or altered from the model of the repaired product, will not be able to enjoy warranty service.

5.2Fault diagnosis:

Our professional technicians will remotely diagnose the fault to determine whether it is covered by the warranty. If further inspection is required, we will arrange for technicians to provide on-site service or guide the customer to mail the product to a designated maintenance point. Depending on the fault situation, we will provide a repair plan within 7 working days.

5.3 Product shipping:

After our after-sales team confirms the fault, the customer needs to send the product back to the designated repair center. Please ensure that the product is properly protected during transportation to avoid secondary damage. It is recommended to use the original packaging or other appropriate packaging materials.

5.4 Repair or replacement:

For products that need repair, our technicians will use original accessories to repair and ensure the quality of repairs; for products that need to replace parts, we will provide original accessories free of charge and be replaced by professionals. After the repair or replacement is completed, we will conduct strict quality inspections on the product to ensure that its performance returns to normal.

5.5 Replacement service:

In the event that it cannot be repaired (such as an irreparable thermal imaging sensor or night vision tube failure), we will provide product replacement services based on the actual situation.
Replacement products will be brand new products of the same model or equivalent value, or where the same model is not in stock, a replacement product of similar or higher specification.

5.6 Post-maintenance service:

After the maintenance is completed, we will provide maintenance records and warranty certificates, and inform customers of subsequent use precautions and maintenance suggestions. If the product has the same fault again during the warranty period, we will continue to provide free repair services.

6. Other matters needing attention

6.1 Product registration:

In order to enjoy more comprehensive after-sales service and extended warranty service, please register the product information to our official website in time after purchase. When registering, please provide detailed information such as product model, purchase date, purchase channel, etc. so that we can better serve you.

6.2 Keep the warranty certificate properly:

Customers should keep the three-guarantee certificate and valid invoice properly so that relevant certificates can be provided when warranty services are needed. If you lose your warranty certificate, please contact us in time and we will assist you in completing the relevant procedures.

6.3 Continuous support:

Even if the product warranty expires, we will still provide paid cost-price repair services and guarantee that we will continue to provide spare parts that meet technical requirements within five years after the product is discontinued. At the same time, we will continue to optimize product performance and user experience to provide you with better products and services.

7. Disclaimer:

7.1 This warranty applies to manufacturing defects or material defects and does not apply to damage caused by improper user operation, natural disasters, or third-party repairs.
